Shop3PL

The distributed fulfillment network for skateboarding.

When a customer buys from a brand's store, Shop3PL ships it from the nearest skate shop that already has it in stock. The brand keeps the customer. The shop moves inventory. Both get paid.

The problem

Skate brands and skate shops are competing for the same sale.

As brands move direct-to-consumer online, local shops lose relevance while sitting on inventory they've already paid for. The customer waits for a warehouse to ship what a shop across town already has on the wall.

Shop3PL turns that zero-sum fight into a shared win — routing the order to the shop that can fulfill it fastest, and paying everyone fairly for the sale.

How it works

One order. The closest shop with stock. Shipped local.

Shop3PL sits between the brand's store and a network of participating shops, deciding — in real time — who's best placed to fulfill.

Customer orders

A shopper checks out on the brand's own store, exactly as they do today.

Shop3PL checks the network

We match the item across participating shops and find who has it in stock, nearby.

Nearest shop fulfills

The closest eligible shop packs and ships it — faster and cheaper than a central warehouse.

Warehouse fallback

No shop has it? The order falls back to the brand's warehouse automatically. Nothing breaks.

The economics

Shops get made whole first.

Fairness is built into the split, not bolted on. The shop recovers its inventory cost before anyone shares a dollar of margin — because brands and shops have competed for this sale for too long.

Every participant comes out ahead of the status quo: the brand makes the sale and keeps the customer relationship, the shop turns dormant stock into cash plus a share of margin, and the customer gets a faster local delivery.

Payments and payouts are handled automatically through the network, with a transparent statement for every order. Figures illustrative.

Integrations

Works with the tools you already run.

Shop3PL connects to the storefronts and point-of-sale systems skate brands and shops already use — no rip-and-replace.
